ABOUT THE
BREEDERS
My name is Kim and I started KimuraDolls in 2018 with a passion for Ragdoll cats, and animals in general. I'm living the dream in being able to raise and work with these adorable and lovable cats full-time, and I'm also a working professional by day with a full-time job as an attorney. We are dual registered with The International Cat Association "TICA" & the Cat Fanciers' Association "CFA." We ♥ the Ragdoll breed and we strive to promote and maintain the Ragdoll breed standards.
Please remember: We are not commercial breeders. We do not have "business hours." We do not have staff on hand. We do not have a "facility" for you to see or visit. Our home is not a pet shop to window shop for a kitten. Our cats and kittens are hand raised in our home with us as our family.

We strive to breed ethically, responsibly, and with integrity. This means we breed to improve, sustain, maintain, and preserve the Ragdoll breed by producing high quality Ragdolls, working with established registry breed standards, and working with champion bloodlines with fellow breeders who have dedicated years to developing superior bloodlines.
Each one of our breeding cats is genetically tested and screened for genetic disorders and diseases. Our breeding cats and kittens receive routine preventative healthcare from a licensed veterinarian.

Our Family Pet Cat
Tomoe has a special place in our heart and our home. She was born with Flat-Chested Kitten Syndrome & Swimmer's Kitten Syndrome. FCKS caused her to have a flat chest and protruding ribs. SKS caused her to have frog legs that looked like they were swimming when she tried to walk. For the first 5 weeks of her life, we spent countless hours doing physiotherapy, massaging, and routine vet visits for x-ray rechecks. She was fully casted up from her entire body to her legs. However, she fought through it and fully recovered by 6 weeks and now she is a normal, happy, frolicking kitty. She follows us everywhere we go in the house, sleeps by our feet when we're in the office, sits in the kitchen when we're cooking, and at night climbs into our bed and sleeps quietly. She's let us know that she'd rather stay with us, so we made her a permanent member of our family ♥.
If you ever come visit our home, you'll get to meet Tomoe. She is the absolute sweetest girl.
We started our Ragdoll breeding program under the cattery name "RusticKittens Ragdolls." Over the years, we became victim to copying and fraudulent misrepresentation of our cattery name. Additionally, there are now 3 TICA registered Ragdoll cattery names with "Rustic" in the name. To avoid confusion and distinguish our unique and respectful breeding program that we have worked hard to develop, we have changed our cattery name to KIMURADOLLS and have taken steps to purchase up any variations of our cattery name, including domains. At the time of changing, we are the ONLY "Kimura" ragdoll breeder. We have had a huge problem with others copying us, and it is frustrating because we take the time and effort in our creative design processes. If you see any other KIMURA breeding program, especially a KIMURA ragdoll breeding program, it is probably a scammer or someone copying us. We are the original KIMURA ragdoll breeders. We own "KimuraDolls," "KimuraRags" and "KimuraRagdolls" -- but we operate only under "KimuraDolls." The registration and claim to the other two variations is solely to prevent someone else in registering under the likeness of our name.
